About the Job
- This is an exciting opportunity to work within a creative and innovative brand within their growing sales division. Within this role you will oversee sales of creative products and services into the Melbourne events industry.
- Being based within the stunning and easily accessible head office for the company you will be instrumental in maintaining existing client relationships and, in establishing new leads and business opportunities.
- This role is largely a Mon-Fri based role where some flexibility is required to attend large industry events and networking parties.
Day to day you will be:-
- Predominately, office based dealing with clients over the phone and by email.
- Managing your own existing client base, effectively promoting the facilities and products of your company through effective sales processes in which you will be trained.
- Handling incoming inquiries within a well organized and efficient manner providing creative events solutions for your clients.
- Preparing quotes and event orders and organising the logistics for the event.
- Attending company business development meetings.
- Supporting your sales team whilst being mentored by your Sales Manager.

About You
You will be sales focused, possessing the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clientele. Through your industry experience you be able understand clients event requirements and desires across catering and event production.
Possessing established experience within event catering, you will be able to picture the end production, advising your client on the process and solution every step of the way.
You will be extremely well organized whilst working under pressure, with the ability to meet client expectations across all product and event requirements.
You will be technically savvy, whilst being creative and innovative in your event implementation, with the ability to exceed customer expectations and propel your division forward.
