Jobcare is a member of Job Futures, the only national network of community-based and not-for-profit organisations providing employment, training and related services. We are currently seeking a multi-skilled Employment Advisor to join our Fortitude Valley employment service team!
We are seeking a sales focused individual with a demonstrated track record of delivering innovative and targeted employment solutions to job ready jobseekers as well as those who require longer term support.
As an Employment Advisor with Jobcare you will be targets driven and outcomes focused. Your responsibilities would include (but not limited to):
* marketing jobseekers and building employer relationships
* caseload management of all jobseeker streams
* assisting with job search activities including facilitation of in-house training programs
* support and referral to local community services to address barriers to employment
* placing jobseekers into employment ensuring sustainability.
The successful candidate will have excellent administration and time management skills. You will also have the ability to understand & retain contractual guidelines, policies and confident in using the Employment Service System. Experience managing large caseloads would be highly desirable.
