    The Firm
    
    Our client is one of the southside’s leading firms. Established over 30 years ago, they have developed an excellent reputation and have a client list which would be the envy of many larger, CBD based practices.
    
    The Role
    
    Working under one of the senior partners, you will take develop and mentor a small team of accountants. You will monitor the workflow of this group and be the first point of contact for your client base. The role will cover all aspects of compliance and also some value-add work. You will also be given the opportunity to further develop your client base.
    
    The Individual
    
    The firm is looking for a CA qualified accountant with a minimum of 8 years Australian public practice experience. You will need be experienced in managing teams and be looking to progress to partner level in the coming years. Strong communication skills and an interest in business development are essential
