Hays Construction are recruiting a junior contracts administrator for a well established national builder
based in Sydney's West. With a great brand and a blue chip client base this company is one to watch over the next 12 to 18 months.
As a junior contracts administrator you will be reporting to a project manager. Working on commercial projects both fitout and new build up to $10million this is a great opportunity to develop your project exposure across the commercial sector. You will have 2 to 3 years experience working for an established builder in Sydney and have started to become confident in your ability to manage, administer and amend construction contracts. You have excellent communication skills and are a comfortable interacting with subcontractors ,your client and your site staff. Ideally you are comfortable working on multiple projects at the same time.
This company have a very healthy workload for the year ahead and would be a great opportunity for an ambitious and hungry contract administrator to make their mark with a growing company. This company have a philosophy of developing their project managers in house and rarely recruit them externally. Therefore this is a great opportunity for an ambitious CA to progress to project manager relatively quickly.
