Job Description
In the role of Area Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Driving sales in all locations- from the busiest flagship locations, to smaller regional accounts
Managing a team across a broad region, ensuring they are meeting their KPI's
Negotiating with key stakeholders so that the brand is best represented in all locations
Rostering in accordance to a wages budget, making changes in line with the business needs
Training and developing team members, so that they are delivering a high level of product knowledge to customers
The Successful Applicant
You will have a focus on driving sales through getting the most out of your team in a luxury environment where pampering the customer is key. Similar roles in the past will have seen you negotiating with external stockists, ensuring they are always representing the brand to International standards. Your teams are always the best trained in the business and are known for delivering the ultimate customer experience every time. You have an eye for detail and have a personal love of luxury.
