We are seeking a General Manager NSW to join our team based in Moorebank. The General Manager NSW is responsible and accountable for the revenue and profitability of the NSW business. Leading the sales & customer service team todrive growth in the market is the key fundamental to achieving the KPIs. The client portfolio is strong and there are growth opportunities in the current industry verticals, however diversifying into other industry sectors will be required to drive this growth.
Along with the revenue growth, the General Manager also has responsibility for the business unit's P&L and other site specific duties. This senior role will participate in national strategy formulation and be a key member of the national leadership team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop & execute on the sales and customer service growth strategies for the division
- Create and maintain an encouraging and supportive environment
- Support the sales team to build customer relationships at a senior level
- Innovate and challenge yourself & the team to always be looking for new and better ways to grow our business and service our customers
To be successful in this position you will:
- Current experience as a General Manager
- 10 + years experience in leadership and operations
- Have a proven track-record in sales leadership
- Solid understanding of financial data and reporting
- P&L responsibility
- Industry Experience in print, communications, advertising (desirable)
- Comprehend strategy cause and effect
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Maintain a current NSW drivers licence
