Due to the ongoing growth of Railways Credit Union an exciting opportunity has arisen to join this positive, open and supportive Frontline Services Team as a Sales and Service Consultant.
The Role
Reporting to our Frontline Services Team Leader you will be responsible for but not limited to:
Receiving and initiating calls with our existing member base
Building strong, positive and lasting relationships with our members
Getting to know and understand the unique needs of our members and then be able to offer them product solutions that will actually help improve their financial wellbeing
Achieving individual and team sales targets
Provide exceptional customer service by going above and beyond for our members
The Person
The successful candidate will have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, a passion for sales and the drive to provide our members with exceptional customer service.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have had experience in a similar role within the banking and finance industry and a Tier 2 Certification or equivalent is also highly desirable.
