a talented, inspired, and dedicated person with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our Asia Pacific team in the Singapore office.
As a Collections Analyst, your key responsibilities are to:
Organize and manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, building relationships with customers and resolving issues to influence immediate payment of open invoices. Reconcile invoicing and payment discrepancies and request corrective action
Provide contracts, invoices and statements to customers to facilitate payments
Work with Sales and internal support to overcome payment obstacles
Our ideal candidate has excellent customer service and negotiating skills, is self motivated, results oriented, possesses strong attention to detail, is able to prioritise and trouble shoot, requiring minimal supervision. To succeed, you will have a Finance/Accounting background ideally with international business experience. Demonstrated experience with Oracle Financials is preferred as is MS Office proficiency with excellent Excel and Word knowledge.
Above average oral & written communication skills in English and Mandarin is essential.
