About the Role
Reporting to the Financial Manager, you will assist with a blend of both financial and management accounting. Duties include preparation of month end reconciliations, profit and loss as well as variance analysis. You will also be involved in monthly stock take and working with operation managers to compare actual to forecast. In addition you will assist with statutory requirements including BAS, GST and FTB as well as research and development tax concessions.
About You
To be successful in this role you will ideally have an accounting degree or studying towards formalising your 3-5 years practical experience in a large commercial business. Strong excel skills and the ability to work productively without supervision is critical in this role. You will enjoy the analytical aspect that the role offers and be a confident communicator who is able to liaise with various internal stakeholders.
