Position
This role reports into the CFO and leads a young, and developing finance team. You will have full responsibility to drive develop and motivate the finance team, ensuring they are consistently moving forward. In addition to this, the Financial Controller will be responsible for the delivery of the statutory and management reporting for the group. In addition to this you will drive commercial outcomes while partnering with the business. As this business is currently enjoying a phase of change and growth, this role will take responsibility for the continuous improvement of process and procedures across the business.
Person
You will be ideally CA qualified, with strong broad skill set. Excellent experience managing, developing and mentoring a team in a change environment is essential. In addition to this, the successful candidate will be driven, career focused, not afraid of hard work and the rewards that are attached
Benefits
