This full time role will be based in the Head Office located in the Brisbane Technology Park at Eight Mile Plains.
The Position:
This is a busy and varied full function Accounts Receivable role including credit control. The primary focus of this role, but not limited to, will be the management of all our subscription renewal clients. You will be responsible for account reconciliations, allocating and receipting payments, banking, credit control and ad hoc project work to support the accounts team. Additionally, your responsibilities will include the full management of the debtors’ ledger together with providing updates and reports as required. You will need to ensure you understand your KPI’s and have the ability to manage and report on them on a daily / weekly / monthly basis.
The Successful Applicant:
You will ideally have:
- Approximately 2-3 years, high volume, full function Accounts Receivable experience
- Strong negotiation skills and strength in relationship building
- Demonstrated ability to gather required information
- Demonstrated high level of computer literacy
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate successful outcomes
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure to achieve required outcomes / deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- General knowledge of accounting practices
- Knowledge of MYOB / NAV would be highly regarded.
