looking to bring on a vibrant Customer Service Representative that can contribute to client relationships, ensuring excellent service and ability to produce results.
Job Description
Working in an office based role, your duties will include;
Receiving customer service enquiries and following up accordingly
Monitor customer service orders and requests
Manage client relationships
First call resolution and complaints handling
Administrative duties such as filing and archiving
Provide expert advice in product selection
Ability to pro actively seek solutions and work autonomously
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant would have worked in a versatile customer service role, with the ability to assist customers in product selection, understanding their needs. Ideally you will have strong proficiency in computer skills and database entry, with the ability to input customer information at a fast pace. Furthermore we are looking for people who are familiar with the graphics design industry, utilizing tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. This opportunity is perfect a vibrant, creative individual who is looking to work in a fantastic team.
