The company
Our client is a globally respected name in the business printing equipment and imaging solutions industry. Their range of equipment, document management solutions and software are used by the largest corporations across the world.
The role
The company is seeking an experienced Senior General Manager to lead a business division through a time of cultural transformation and growth. This includes consolidating existing markets and aggressively growing new markets for new products. The individual will be responsible for the overall P&L, sales, marketing and operations of this division.
The individual will be responsible for creating a roadmap to the desired vision in the next five years, optimising the workforce, implementing a range of projects to improve efficiencies, driving sales programs and achieving the strategic objectives.
The requirements
5+ years at a senior management level, managing managers and responsibility for a P&L budget between $50-$150M
Recent management experience with companies like Fuji Xerox, Canon, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Sharp, Lanier, Kyocera Mita, Upstream, Brother, Lexmark, CSG, Toshiba, HP, Panasonic, Oki and Imagetec
Experience in the MFD/Print Equipment industry is mandatory

Total compensation package up to $350,000, including base salary of $200,000 plus car allowance $20,000, Super and balance in bonus
