an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our Communication
Technology Group (CTG) within Computershare Technology Services, based at our
Ermington site.

Analyst. This permanent role is based at our Ermington office; a large office
with onsite parking and close to bus stops.
Reporting to a supportive Business
Analyst Team Leader, you will work closely with an experienced group of
Business Analysts. You will be part of the broader CTG team of Developers and
Project Managers. Within this role you will be given the opportunity to engage
with internal Computershare stakeholders as well as external clients with a
focus on development of end to end print and electronic solutions for
Computershare clients. This is a brilliant opportunity to enhance your career

The role will suit a Business
Analyst with a consultative approach as you will be servicing clients by
gathering requirements, creating project plans and managing them to a
successful outcome. Technical documentation, software testing and implementation
of solutions are key deliverables for this role. Training will be provided to
support your on boarding into this high performing team.
You will be responsible (but not limited) to the following:-
- Ongoing technical competency of Computershare existing products and services
- Gathering of client's requirements
- Scoping and implementation of project plans and project milestones
- Develop Functional Specifications and test plans
- Ensure up-to-date documentation for each client implementation is created, delivered and stored in appropriate repositories
- Work closely with development team for deliverables
- Identify opportunities for risk
- Mapping client business requirements into existing (and possible new) product capabilities
- Transform Business Requirements to functional document to be used by Developers
- Internal and external stakeholder management
The successful candidate will have:-
- Solid experience in a Business Analyst role
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent Tertiary Qualification in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science (or related discipline)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - with experience in gathering, documenting and managing client requirements
- Analyst experience - Scoping, requirements gathering and technical specification preparation
- Manual testing experience
- Ongoing focus on process improvement, documentation and implementation
- Strong customer focus and demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes that consistently meet client expectations and agreed deadlines
- Strong documentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and stake holder management skills
