To support the company’s considerable growth, an exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Treasury Manager keen to develop their career with an Australian Stock Exchange (ASX 200) listed company.
We are seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to deliver results in a small hands-on team. The successful incumbent will report to the Chief Financial Officer and work closely with the Corporate Accounting team and key external stakeholders. This role will manage general Treasury duties on a global scale such as the Group’s liquidity and funding, FX requirements, interest rate risk, debt management and support the funding of all Australian divisions and offshore subsidiaries. This role will also play a critical role in the implementation of a Treasury Management system and 2014 refinancing. Key to the success of this role will be to provide procedural and process improvement results within the treasury function.
To be considered you will possess tertiary qualifications in business, commerce or accounting and demonstrate:
Extensive experience in a similar role in a global organization, preferably industry or manufacturing;
Experience in Treasury Management systems is essential;
Exposure to derivative and hedge accounting as well as syndicate loan refinancing and other sources of debt funding is essential;
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels;
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage.
Ideally you will possess CPA qualifications however this is not essential
