Sydney Opera House is seeking two Business Analysts:
Business Analyst, Theatre & Events
This position works in close partnership with the Finance Manager, Performing Arts & Marketing, Director, Theatre and Events, and Departmental leadership roles to proactively influence and provide expert financial
leadership and counsel on all Theatre and Events financial activities (includes Venue, Equipment and Labour Hire [for staging, lighting, sound, stage management], Ticketing Services and Front of House, Safety team, and related administration areas).
The position is responsible to assert effective governance and be an integral member of the Senior Finance Team and performs ad hoc business analysis and project work as directed by the Finance Manager, Performing Arts & Marketing.
Business Analyst, Commercial
This position works in close partnership with the Manager, Planning & Analysis, Head of Finance, Director, Commercial and Departmental leadership roles to proactively influence and provide expert financial leadership and counsel on all Commercial financial activities (includes Tours, Food and Beverage, Retail, Product Licensing, Corporate Partnerships and Legal).
The position is responsible to assert effective governance and be an integral member of the Senior Finance Team. The position also performs ad hoc business analysis and project work as directed by the Manager, Planning & Analysis.
EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:
Job Status: 2 x Full Time temporary positions(2 year contracts)
Salary Package: Base salary range of $99,286 - $106,961 per annum plus superannuation
Salary Notes: This salaried position is covered by the Sydney Opera House Enterprise Agreement
