This dynamic financial organisation is seeking an experienced support professional who is highly organised
and efficient to provide high level administrative support for their operational team. Based in their CBD head office, this organisation is one of the very few who actually takes pride in continuing to surpass in their commitment to best practices and customer satisfaction in their service delivery.
This role will provide you with challenge, variety and autonomy - no two days will ever be the same. Some of your day-to-day duties will be:
- Provide assistance in preparation of advanced reports, MS PowerPoint presentations, MS Excel documents.
- Provide support to the team including diary management and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and prepare meetings
- Taking of meeting minutes
- Producing day packs
- Maintain files and documentation
- Monitor team contact points and ensure that all queries are responded to in an appropriate manner with a strong customer service ethic
- Set up new hires and position maintenance
- Ad hoc projects as needed
To be considered successful for this role you must have:
- Experience within the Banking and financial industry
- High level administration experience
- Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft programs
- Exceptional organisation skills and time management skills
- Proven Analytical skills
- Ability to recognise, understand and support need for change and anticipate the impact on both the team and self
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Relationship management experience
