This role requires someone who is proactive with building relationships with their clients, whilst maintaining
high professional standards and continuing the value add with their clients and not just a compliance service.
You must be passionate about your clients and have proven technical knowledge and pride yourself on providing exceptional client service.
Due to expansion, this dynamic practice is looking for a Business Service Manager / Customer Relationship Manager who wants tomove past the day-to-day compliance responsibilities and focus on building relationships with the client base. You will work directly with the partners on providing high level advice to clients and building and developing strong relationships with the clients.

What the role involves:
- Work directly with the partners on proving high level advice to clients and building and developing strong relationships with the clients.
- Cash flow analysis and management accounting, wealth management, strategy and structure advice
- Autonomous and responsible work with direct access to clients
- Maintain your own client list and build on these relationships
Requirements reapply:
- At least 5-7 years as a Tax Accountant
- CA or CPA Qualified
- Proactive and effective communicator to maintain and building relationships with clients
- A drive to step out of the pure compliance role into an advisory role and provide high level advice
- Strong and proven technical knowledge
- Experience providing advice on strategy, structure, profit and cash flow, and superannuation strategies, wealth management advice.
