Our client is a well established consultancy with a proven track record of success in the public and private sectors. Ongoing, sustainable growth has resulted in a new opportunity for a Principal Civil Engineer to play a strategic role within the business.
As Principal Civil Engineer you will manage engineering design and oversee the drafting and civil engineering team. You will develop business for the civil engineering division and be accountable for current client management and future business growth.
To be successful in this role you must have 15+ years experience in engineering design and construction preferably within West Australia, with previous exposure to land subdivision projects highly regarded. You should be familiar with all the relevant complexities of designing and constructing major infrastructure works and liaising with Councils and State Authorities.
You must possess financial acumen, excellent communication skills and an ability to actively manage relationships with key stakeholder groups to achieve required business outcomes. A proven ability to lead a high performing team, with a strong level of engagement, retention and collaboration is essential.
