Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the successful applicant will be a hands-on, energetic team player who wants the learning curve, the experience and the opportunities that this position will offer!
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients
- Organise the coordination and management of customer stock takes, stock rotation, damages and losses
- Ensure all instances of service failure or loss or damage to customer goods, are thoroughly investigated, documented and instigate corrective action
- Customer and management reporting
The applicant must have the following capabilities:
- 2 to 3 years customer service experience
- Translogix System experience desirable
- Good communication skills
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service
- Strong and effective communication skills
- Desire to learn and the desire to progress within our Company
