Registered Midwife

� Located in Regional NSW

� Full time permanent role

� 457 visa available

You will be based at Parkes (approximately five hours drive from Sydney) and may also be required to work at Forbes (which is 25 minutes from Parkes).

IPA is particularly keen to receive applications from Registered Midwives who have gained their qualifications or working experience in the United Kingdom or New Zealand. Please submit a covering letter and CV addressing the following selection criteria which includes (but not limited to):-

� Current AHPRA registration to practice as a Registered Midwife in Australia (or be in the process of gaining eligibility)

� Recent midwifery experience with a commitment to and understanding of rural midwifery

� Effective interpersonal and communication skills

� Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and work collaboratively with midwives and other health care providers.

� Current licence to drive in NSW (or willingness to obtain)
