About the role:
In this role you will be responsible for the managing and expanding our clients customer base throughout the
Sydney Metro territory within the flooring industry.
Reporting to the State Manager, you will sell market leading flooring products to an existing active client base of retailers & contractors whilst looking at new business opportunities.
You will be responsible for:
• Managing customer accounts and orders
• Providing product training and demonstrations
• Advising information on warranties, prices and technical information
• Selling products and services
• Assisting in the growth of contractors as clients
To be successful in this role you will have:
• An affiliation and understanding of the flooring/building industry
• A proven successful sales record in a technical role
• Experience selling to contractors and/or retailers
• A solutions focussed and enthusiastic attitude
• An ability to effectively manage time and get stuck in for a job well done
Experience in a retail role with Choices Flooring, Carpet Call, Carpet Court or any flooring reseller would be advantageous
On offer is a Fully Maintained Company Vehicle plus a negotiable base salary between $60,000 - $70,000 depending on experience and OTE
