An exciting opportunity exists to join the small, close knit Team at The Printing Hub.  A dynamic market leader in Print, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative with a difference.    

In this role, you will be assisting customers with their queries, exploring the potential within the customer base and providing exceptional service by finding the best print solution for their requirements. This is a role that will provide the successful candidate the opportunity to develop their customer service skills within a supportive company environment.

Your demonstrated ability to exhibit high levels of customer service, be a great team player in a hands on role, have exceptional problem solving skills, and thrive in a fast paced work environment, will make you the perfect candidate for this role.  Your experience building professional relationships with customers and growing your customer portfolio is a prerequisite for this role.  Ideally, you would also have a working understanding of design / prepress industry software programs including the Adobe CS5 suite in order to advise clients of file set-up specifications for print.

Other qualities essential to this role include effective time management, attention to detail and a passion to deliver quality outcomes for our customers.  This highly autonomous role requires the applicant to be a self driven go getter, prepared to work independently and within a broader team environment.
