THE JOB

The primary purpose of the role is the total responsibility of the implementation and quality of the student services and administration processes on site. The objective of the position is to develop and carry out activities and programs to create a supportive learning environment. This position also manages general daily administration of all programs.

On a daily basis your tasks will include but not limited to maintaining, improve and continuously raise student services standards, ensuring documentation comply with Australian standards, keeping up to date with any changes in laws for international students studying in Australia, organising monthly orientation activities for students. Provide counselling and support to students and their course progression.

THE PERSON
 
The successful candidate must have a proven track record working in education management or administration, and or similar academic environment, hold a bachelor degree or of tertiary qualification, Flexible work and management style and be able to supervise, coach and mentor. Excellent written and oral communications skills.
