Based in the heart of the firm you will be responsible for the coordination of essential services across various business units.
Your role will encompass:
Coordinating internal moves and seating churn
- Space management and facility requests
- Arranging works with suppliers and access to the tenancy
- Quality control of works and invoice processing
- First Aider and Fire Warden arrangements meeting firm’s obligations
- Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition and minimal disruption to staff
- Building effective relationships with our internal clients and suppliers, being seen as the “go to person” for all facilities matters
- Consulting with internal clients and delivering on projects to meet business needs
- Identifying opportunities to improve administrative practises and procedures
- Reporting of works and deliverables
- Coaching and sharing of knowledge with team
You will be an exemplary communicator with
excellent interpersonal skills. Highly organised you will confidently handle
conflicting priorities and work well under pressure to meet deliverables. A
proactive and forward thinker you will anticipate issues and be solutions
focused.
