Our client, a leading supplier of industrial tools and equipment, seek a mature Sales Administrator to assist with a range of tasks within the branch.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  •     Purchase order requisitions
  •     Preparing distributor quotes
  •     Ensuring stock is picked and sent
  •     Invoicing using Sage and CRM
  •     Answering incoming calls
  •     Maintaining a high level of customer service
  •     Dealing with pricing and availability queries
  •     Entering sales quotations and setting up new client accounts
  •     General accounting administration
  •     Organising trade shows/expos
  •     Maintenance of stock register
  •     Assisting with stock takes

To be successful you should have 5+ years experience in a similar role within an industrial environment.

On a personal level you should be mature, down to earth and helpful with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

You should also demonstrate strong tenure and commitment in previous roles.
