My Client is a well respected supplier to the mining and industrial industry market with offices all over Western Australia. They have firm firm commitment to customer service as well as promoting a positive and supportive team environment. Currently there is an opportunity for switched on and warm/ personable candidate to join their successful team in customer service /internal sales. The successful person will be dealing with trades people both face to face and therefore you will need to be quick on your feet and enjoy having a chat!
Your main responsibilities will be
- Dealing with customer enquirer both face to face and over the phone
- Building rapport with customers
- Order Processing
- General customer service

- Strong customer service/internal sales skills
- Warm and friendly personality
- Self motivated and switched on
- Eager to learn and contribute to the team
If you come from a similar role or have sales experience in the construction/industrial/electrical environment then this would be first prize!! However more important is the manner in which you interact with customers and provide that unforgettable customer experience
