Our client has been operating globally within the manufacturing sector for many decades and has successfully secured an impressive market share in their field. Currently they are expanding their Asia pacific foot print and this warrants growth within their Australasian Head Office.
This expansion has enabled the current Finance team to offer an exciting and rare opportunity for an accomplished Accounts Administrator to come on board contributing their wealth of knowledge and expertise within the accounting support capacity.
Your success will be measured by demonstrating the ability to draw upon your previous experience across end to end creditor and debtor processing, banking, general ledger reconciliations and maintenance, month end procedures along with accurate and timely management of the weekly payroll and all associated duties. Comprehensive understanding of MS Excel skills are mandatory and a tertiary qualification with a accounting discipline will be highly regarded.
Once you understand your core duties there is the chance to be involved with a host of other tasks that will offer superior assistance to both the Financial Accountant and Financial Controller these include preparation of the monthly/quarterly statements, reporting, compliance in relation to legislative requirements and internal controls/SOX procedures.
Liaison across a varied platform of internal and external stakeholders will necessitate a confident and professional communication style, you will operate with integrity and confidentiality at all times.
