Performance English is a provider of English programs for international and domestic students. With a focus on delivering a quality learning experience for students in a professional environment, we are the local partner of internationally renowned Eurocentres. Performance English is headquartered in Sydney, with a campus in Melbourne. This role is based in Melbourne.
We’re looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to drive enrolments into our Melbourne campus. You will ideally have 3-5 years’ experience in the sector and established relationships to generate strong sales. Your track record will be rich in relationship selling and practical (working) knowledge of the SPIN selling method will be very favourably looked upon.
The role has purview over the entire VIC on-shore market and will also be given a specific international (off-shore) region to manage nationally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Driving English program sales for PE Melbourne
• Building relationships with channel sales partners to achieve targets within acceptable margins
• Ensuring the professional image of the college is projected to all partners
• Developing pathway partnerships to enhance the college’s offering
Experience / Skills Required:
• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Established relationships both on and off shore that will allow you to ‘hit the ground running’
• Ability to speak a relevant foreign language will be well looked upon
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
• Proven sales ability
