About the Opportunity
Australia's mattress experts, Sleepy's, continues to grow, with exciting opportunities for Team Leaders and Retail Sales Staff, based at their Gepps Cross and Mile End stores in Adelaide. Both locations are company stores with all new teams, located in close proximity to all of your competitors, in busy bulk-goods Home Centres with a large volume of customer traffic.
The Team Leader positions will be full time, with the Retail Sales Staff working on a casual basis, ranging from 16 - 35 hours per week, and you'll need to be available to work over a seven day period.
These roles are focused towards providing excellent customer service with a "hands on" approach to working within a small team and covering a diverse range of tasks. Sleepy's are seeking passionate salespeople who lead a healthy lifestyle, and above all, like to sleep well!

The Retail Sales Staff will receive the casual retail award rate PLUS uncapped incentives giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings! You'll also be provided with dedicated in-house training on a regular basis, giving you all the tools you'll need to grow into a future leadership role.
For your dedication as a Team Leader, you will receive an attractive salary of $50,000 + super, PLUS sales commission and profit commission, giving you the potential to earn an OTE in excess of $110,000!
To help set you up for success, both teams will together undertake two weeks initial training in a central SA location, followed by in store training.
Team Leaders will experience great camaraderie, and will be flown to Brisbane quarterly to attend the company's dynamic leadership conferences, which include attending a national franchise forum!
