Mauritius-based Aspen Global Incorporated (AGI) is the holding company for the Aspen Group's international businesses and a fully owned subsidiary of Aspen Pharmacare.
Aspen Global manages and maintains the intellectual property rights, regulatory and commercialization strategy of Aspen's portfolio of specialist, branded products known as the Global Brands as well as performing all of the procurement and supply related operations.
Aspen Global has grown exponentially in its four year existence and is now the largest Pharmaceutical Company in the Southern hemisphere represented in South Africa, Australia, Hong Kong, Philippines, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Dubai, Germany, Ireland, Mauritius, Brazil, Mexico and Venezuela with 18 manufacturing facilities at 13 sites on six continents.
As part of this growth Aspen Global are looking to further develop their workforce at their Mauritian Head Office with the recruitment of some key personnel.

Role
To provide business analysis and budgeting and to play an integral part in the business, providing key inputs for strategic decision making whilst ensure commercial growth through pricing approval/profitability analysis
Responsibilities
- In depth monthly financial analysis reports
- Drive budget and forecasting process
- Timely and accurate management accounts reporting
- Annual IFRS financial closing
- Successful audit ratings
- Manage intercompany accounts
- Ensure sound price approvals
- Sound and accurate cash flow management
Requirement
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Finance Manager in a multinational environment
- Experience in leading people
- Strong skills in financial/business analysis
- Strong business acumen
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong experience in an ERP system
- Ability to dive into details and to have a high level understanding of the business
- Ability to manage complexity & work under pressure
- Leadership skills
- Quick learner
- Sense of responsibility and accountability.
