Duties:
"* Lead a team of 30 staff across multiple locations in NSW and ACT* Manage delivery of repairs and maintenance, minor/medium capital works and soft services including security, cleaning, waste and grounds maintenance* Deliver property services in line with CSIRO's strategic direction and scientific activitiesCSIRO has a complex property portfolio of owned and leased facilities that comprise of over 1,000 buildings across 55 locations within Australia. These scientific and research facilities are diverse in location and function. The Property division is responsible for the maintenance and operation of all CSIRO's facilities.Reporting to the General Manager, Property Services, the NSW/ACT Executive Manager is responsible for delivery of 'hard services' including repairs and maintenance, minor and medium capital works, and 'soft services' including security, cleaning and hygiene, grounds maintenance and waste management.
