Job Description
Coronis Realty is a market leader in the Real Estate Industry, having many offices located in Brisbane and on the Gold & Sunshine Coasts.
You will be an integral part of the business providing building inspection reports to vendors and purchases of residential property from Brisbane to the Gold & Sunshine Coast. Your key responsibilities will be to inspect and assess key elements of various building structures. You will be required to provide accurate & detailed reporting.
General handyman work.
Requirements:
Diploma in Building Inspection (IN-U)
Local Queensland experience in assessment of building structures
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Knowledge of Australian and local government standards
