The Remote Jobs and Communities Program (RJCP) is the Australian Government's approach to providing employment services and participation activities and associated community engagement in remote Australia. The RJCP will commence on 1 July 2013. The program aims to achieve personal, social and economic development through active participation, jobs and strong communities in remote Australia.
About the Opportunity
Victoria Daly Shire Council has an exciting opportunity for a full-time RJCP Compliance Officer to join their team based at the head office in Katherine, NT.
In this newly created role, you will be responsible for ensuring RJCP services, systems and processes achieve the objective of the program. This will involve working in close collaboration with the Senior Employment Training Broker and Region Coordinator to conduct and monitor participation management, contractual performance, system utilisation and related quality, reporting and administrative functions.
