About our Client
Our client is a large government organisation seeking an experiences senior claims officer in their workers compensation team.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will possess the following experience:
Strong technical understanding of Workers Compensation claims
Demonstrated success in handling dispute resolutions
Excellent Customer Service skills
Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant must have prior experience within a claims capacity You should be proactive with excellent problem solving and negotiating skills. Experience in complaints handling will also be looked upon favourably. Experience with Victory is ideal
