Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific is seeking an industry experienced, confident and customer service focused Upgrades Sales Consultant to join our highly successful Surfers Paradise Sales Team!
About the Role...
Upgrade Sales Consultants are responsible for actively engaging our existing Owners through presentations and one on one consultation where you will build rapport with guests, tailor Vacation Ownership options to their needs to determine how Wyndham can continue to deliver on our company vision of making holidays dreams come true! Duties include but not limited to;
Deliver engaging but clear and concise sales presentations to guests to achieve defined sales targets with adherence to compliancy at all times with Company policies and procedures
Follow and represent the Company in an ethical, moral and professional manner with adherence to industry and Company best practices
Set, review and achieve performance goals weekly, monthly and year to date (YTD)
Maintain and update sales information and materials used for presentations
Attain referral leads from new purchasers and non purchasers
Deliver exceptional customer service across all levels, build rapport and guest follow up
About You...
You will have previous experience in Sales within the Timeshare/Vacation Ownership industry. You will have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills coupled with a genuine interest in developing positive relationships with our guests. To be successful in this role, you will:
Have outstanding communication and active listening skills
Have a passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer service
Be driven, self motivated and results oriented
Flexible to work a 7 day week roster including weekends, evenings and holidays
