If you love collections and have no problem with high volume outbound and inbound calls then this is definitely the role for you
Working with a supportive Team leader and a close knit team of 6 officers you will manage a ledger while also managing high volume calls
The company are doing very well and are expanding the team to cover the extra workload.
Key Duties:
- High volumes of inbound and outbound calls
- Managing a large client ledger
- Dealing with queries and resolving invoice/payment issues
- Setting up new accounts and completing credit checks
- Allocation of payments
- Highlighting problem clients or aged debt
Key skills:
- Experience dealing with high volume collections
- Attention to detail
- Over 3 years in a similar role
- Ability to problem solve while giving excellant customer service
- Ideally experience in a service or utility based industry
This role will be to start immediately and will have the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
