Skillquest is a well established Technology Recruitment firm, Australian owned and based in the Sydney
CBD but serving clients across ANZ and into the wider APAC region.
We
are currently looking to recruit Technology Recruiters with at least
12m experience in the IT Recruitment space. We have strong processes,
systems and a structure to provide you with the support you need to bill
well and offer an excellent commission structure (no deficits) to
ensure you are well rewarded for your efforts.
We have
an excellent advertising budget that outstrips our competition (Seek,
Mycareer etc), along with a database of 123,000 IT candidates so you can
be sure you will have all the tools you need to fill roles in your
vertical.
We operate a vertical recruitment model so
are looking for candidates who want to build their niche in areas such
as Development (Java/Non Microsoft Technologies, .Net & Open Source
Development), ERP, Project Services (BA's, PM's etc), Business
Intelligence/Datawarehousing, Digital - this list is not exhaustive but
gives you an idea of the types of areas we are looking to find
recruiters to build niches in.
We have an excellent
culture, there are no big ego's or cliched flash recruiters here, just
delivery focused professional Consultants who put their clients and
candidates first. We provide regular training that goes from covering
broad trends in the marketplace through to specifics around candidate
& client management. With regular social events (Lunch Club, Race
Days, Weekends Away) we encourage team work and a big focus on internal
collaboration & support.
Whilst we are not slaves
to KPI's we believe in knowing our numbers and expect you as a
professional recruiter to know yours' as well. We have daily 'scrums'
where we each discuss our goals for the day each morning and review our
progress individually and as a team for 5 minutes at the end of each
day. It's nice to know what your colleagues are doing and be able to
help if you can :-)
We are flexible as a company, and
