We are looking for an energetic Merchandise Planner who is looking to grow, develop and step up.
In this Autonomous role, you will be responsible for all aspects of planning pre and post strategy and analysis, forecasting and ensuring that budgets are met. Responsibilities will focus on financial and merchandise reporting, managing inventory, developing and managing business merchandise plans and, reporting and analysis.
Key Responsonsibilities:
- Reporting and Planning
- Strategic Plan & Objectives
- Effective management of OTB and Inventory to maximise sales and gross profit delivery KPI’s based on actual performance
- Weekly / Monthly review to maximise performance with brand team
- Manage indent allocation and replenishment
- Manage merchandise plans and provide input into financial forecasts by channel
We need a Enthusiastic leader, with tenacity and superior time management skills along with strong influencing and stakeholder management skills. Advanced excel skills are a must!

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Extensive understanding of Merchandise Planning processes, such as allocations, inventory adjustments, pricing etc.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and ability to quickly and easily pull together reports
- Analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills for working with a team, management and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to multi-task, time manage, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Sound Retail and Product Experience
- Enthusiastic “can-do” attitude
- The successful applicant will possess strong hands-on merchandising planning experience with experience across more than one category type. You will have had exposure to a planning or merchandising environment in a high volume retail business.
