Our client is a diversified, global provider of financial services with offices across the country. With a team of
recognised industry leaders, their remuneration and rewards team are looking for senior level technical consultant to join their team in Sydney. The role will be project focused and will include the following:
- Defining remuneration and benefits strategy with a focus on Share and Option Plans;
- Reviewing implementation, policies and protocols;
- Develop financial analyses and modelling for incentive plans;
- Project management and engagement with third parties;
- Management and training of junior staff.
In this role you will provide technical advice in relation to the tax, commercial and corporate governance issues associated with remuneration programs. Experience in delivering executive and employee remuneration strategies is a must.
You will have at least 5 years experience in providing remuneration and/or tax consulting services with a law firm, Big 4 or premium mid-tier chartered firm. Any experience in managing a team of junior staff will be very well received.
