Activities
- Prepare overall project plan at program/ portfolio level
- Prepare operating model and governance model for the overall program
- Discuss / define SLAs and OLAs for the overall program
- Discuss / define reporting metrics and dashboard statuses for program
- Discuss / define communication plan with various stakeholders at the program level
- Monitor overall program execution per agreed efforts, schedule and budgets
- Manage governance arrangements for the overall program. (Governance forums to be identified and established during the planning phase)
- Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Operations Level Agreements (OLA) reporting for the overall program and initiate necessary actions
- Monitor metrics, reporting and dashboard for the overall program and initiate necessary actions
- Update / enhance service catalogues for each of the streams

Education Level Required: Bachelor
Experience Required to qualify for consideration: 5 to 6 Years
