Experienced Dispatch Operators are required for a growing services group based in modern offices located
on the Sydney Harbour Foreshore.
Reporting to the branch leader, the primary objective of the role is to respond to alarms & phone calls in a timely manner and direct a team of security patrol officers to commercial properties accordingly. You may be required to assist with any duress or emergency situations with field workers and provide superior levels of customer service to your clients.
You will either be from an operational call centre background or an ex-patrol officer with an understanding of escalation protocol. You will also have proven time management, excellent computer skills and MUST be available to work permanent night & weekend shifts on a 4 on 4 off roster. This will also include the public holidays.
