Sydney agency for a worldwide international shipping line seeks an enthusiastic and experienced customer service staff member to join our team in North Sydney.
Ideal candidate will need to be self-motivated, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and be prepared to take on this challenging role with enthusiasm and dedication.
Customer service role:- A minimum of 2 years customer service experience within a shipping line or freight forwarding company is preferred with related tertiary qualifications; however candidates with experience in other customer-service roles are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to have good computer (PC) skills, possess strong analytical skills and display strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of work output.
To be eligible to apply for this position you must have an appropriate Australian or New Zealand work visa.
