This is an exciting and dynamic role at one of Australia’s most progressive and sustainable local government authorities.
We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to provide high level, efficient support to the Parking Services Team at the City of Sydney. Centrally located in offices near Town Hall Station, you will need superior communication skills and an ability to work efficiently and autonomously to excel in this front line role.
Dealing with customers by telephone will demonstrate your courteous, professional and friendly manner and a willingness to help. Core tasks include processing refunds, investigating parking meter faults using on-line systems and dealing with customer enquiries by telephone and email. Previous experience in the use of databases would be well regarded.
