About the Role
A management opportunity has become available due to internal promotion, as such, our client requires a hard-working and personable manager to lead its high performing team. You will report to the Director and will play an integral part in the firms' future growth and success.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of technical tax compliance for various entity structures (no superfund's) within diverse industries
- Prepare consulting advice on a range of taxation issues
- Mentor, train and develop junior staff
- Assist with business and process improvement
- Maintain and develop client relationships
Skills and Experience
- CA/CPA or Masters of Taxation qualified
- Proven post-graduate experience within a public practice environment, tax professionals within the commercially sector are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Well developed leadership and staff management skills
- Career- driven and forward thinking
