Responsibilities
Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of teams of Administrators, Operations Customer Service Representatives.
Manages productivity, capacity and contingency planning using available managerial resources and tools.
Provides direction and guidance to Administrators as needed in regards to escalations or service issues.
May be required to handle escalated and unresolved calls from less experienced Administrators.
May have limited interaction with client when resolving escalations.
Evaluates and recommends operational improvements which will increase quality and productivity for the Administrators.
Administer human resource functions including: on boarding, performance management, career development, Corrective Action when applicable and termination. Coordinates and schedules training for implementation of new clients and/or special events for current clients.
Assist Manager with forecasting, billing and budgeting as applicable.
Works with other Team Leaders to achieve consistent operational objectives across the department.
At least three to five years of customer service experience; one to two years of prior supervisory experience. Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred.
Must be able to demonstrate: Subject matter and product knowledge, Verbal and written communication skills, Decision-making capability, Effective interpersonal skills and, Adaptability and flexibility in a continuously changing work environment.
Proficient personal computer skills including PC applications, Windows operating system, electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, etc.
