Located 681 km west of Cairns and approx. 785 km west of Townsville, it started life as a port for the Gulf of Carpentaria's cattle industry and grew in importance with the discovery of gold at Croydon in 1885. About the Opportunity
Central and North West Queensland Medicare Local (CNWQML) has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse - Child Health to join their team in Normanton.
In this rewarding position, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive, evidence based, holistic clinical care for clients aged 0-18 years residing in the Lower Gulf Communities. You'll work in collaboration with existing service providers to provide child health checks, immunisations and health education/health promotion to provide an integrated child health service.
