Job Description
The Networking Administrator/Technical Account Manager, will work closely with the Service Delivery Manager, as well as a Technical Support officer. You will be responsible for managing relationships with Major company accounts, liaising with high profile clients and dealing with the Global sales team on a daily basis. Proven experience configuring Networking solutions is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Managing company Software solutions
- Manage a number of external Vendor Relationships and Accounts
- Implementation and Testing of company Software's
- Configure Network Solutions
- Microsoft Servers, VMWare, Exchange 2010, Cisco Routers and Switches and Citrix.
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in IT troubleshooting, network and infrastructure in large complex networks
- Provide Support and Delivery across Networks;Switches, Routers, VPN, patching and tracing to ensure all systems work efficiently and to their optimum level.
- You will be the escalation point for all network related queries within the organisation and from external providers and assist in project when necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in similar position
- Strong Vendor relationship management and interpersonal skills with internal and external parties
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Time management and prioritisation ability, as well as a can do attitude and a customer focus with the ability to manage customer expectation
- Microsoft Servers, VMWare, Exchange 2010, Cisco Routers and Switches and Citrix.
- Systems and management, administration and troubleshooting
- Setup, Configuration, Fault diagnosis, Troubleshooting
- Network management, administration and troubleshooting
- Setup, Fault diagnosis, Troubleshooting
- Microsoft server and desktop operating system experience
- Experience with Novell Servers would be highly regarded
- Knowledge and experience of FX print hardware, software, drivers etc
- A drive to provide high quality service and outcomes for the customer
