Position
Reporting to the Superintendent HR Administration you will lead a small
team of HR Administrators providing effective, high quality HR administrative
services. This team is responsible for processing Letters of Offer and internal
movements with in the company.
Key Accountabilities
Your accountabilities will include:

Lead and guide the team including
overall prioritisation of assignments and scheduling of work;
·
Build a high performing team through effective training and coaching
and promote a culture of continuous improvement;
·
Provide customer focussed, and
timely delivery of HR administration services;
·
Review and analyse key metrics
and reports related to HR Administration and highlight identified variances,
trends, and risks;
·
Provide input into process
improvements and take ownership of improvement projects impacting the team;
·
Support Recruitment and HR
Business Partners in providing specialist advice on HR administration
processes;
·
Ensure operational discipline in
executing 1SAP Human Resources processes and compliance;
·
Ensure related cases are managed
in accordance with global standards and business specific performance targets;
·
Monitor changes to internal and
external legal, regulatory and reporting requirements impacting the HR
Administration team in allocated area of accountability.
Skills and Experience
Ideally you will have a Diploma preferably related to Human Resources
Management or Business Administration as well as demonstrated oral and written
English language proficiency.
Your experience should include:
Technical:
Self-reliant contributor with
distinctive proficiency in the HR Administration area with a minimum experience
of between 2 and 4 years. You will require detailed knowledge of activities,
procedures and legislation related to HR administration services, along with a
good systems understanding and the ability to pick up systems quickly with
previous experience with SAP and Page-Up being advantageous.
Leadership:
You will have worked in a team and
supported/guided peers and less experienced team members for 2 to 4 years. You
should be familiar with assigning or re-assigning work, interpreting policy,
and providing a framework for some projects.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Demonstrated collaboration with
small groups of internal stakeholders including middle management level.

You will be based in Perth, Western Australia, in the multi award winning
