Job Description
Anglicare's Gold Coast Community Services team are currently seeking Administration Officers to provide high-quality administrative support on a part time basis, based from either our Robina or Southport office.
Working 4 days per fortnight 8-4.30pm from our Southport Office, or 6 days a fortnight from our Robina site within a multidisciplinary team of health professionals, you will play a vital role within the service and enjoy a positive work/life balance and a diverse and rewarding position. You will be working closely with your administration team and assisting in the areas of database management, processing procedures, updating the client information system and our HR systems.
We're looking for dynamic workers capable of anticipating and managing the requirements of a busy service effectively. Our successful applicants will be adaptable and flexible in their tasks in order to respond quickly to changing priorities, have the ability to monitor and manage their own workload, and possess and unwavering attention-to-detail, even when tasks get routine. An adept relationship-builder, you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and enjoy working in an active team environment, together with the drive to make a real contribution to our passionate community services team. You will also require excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office, and a background using human resources and client information systems.
Previous experience in the administrative health related services will be highly regarded, as is the flexibility to work across multiple sites within the Gold Coast region as needed.
